Details:

When: June 24th-June 28th from 11am-1:30pm. If those dates don’t work for you, reach out to be added to the waitlist for the second potential summer offering.

Where: We will meet at the Laguna Niguel Regional Park where we can spend time in nature together. There will be games, food, music and laughter! This park has covered areas to keep out the summer heat.

Who: This Camp is perfect for all middle and high school teens experiencing anxiety, depression, family or friend challenges.

What: The group will cover a variety of topics throughout each day. Common conversations are around: healthy relationships, conflict resolution, competition, making sense of emotions, communication with parents, impulsivity, academic stress, self-esteem.

Why: Research is confirming that teens that have a strong network of support struggle less with depression, and feel overall healthier. Teens are so busy during the school year, sometimes they don’t have time to explore their emotions. During the summer, unstructured time can lead to further depression. I believe in the power of community. Calling together groups of teens to find support and help them understand they are not alone is my passion.

The last two summer camps sold out within a week and I expect this one will be no different!
